[ Nazara entered the Jesus tradition before Nazareth did.
FWIW Marcion's Evangelion (which is our earliest witness to the text of Luke) has "Nazareth", not "Nazara". Tertullian doesn't note a difference in place name with his copy of Luke.
Matthias Klinghardt, in The Oldest Gospel, has the following.

34 “What have we to do with you, Jesus of Nazara? (page 23)

4,16 But when he came to Nazara, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day.(page 23)

(Cf. Matt 4,13) And he left Nazara and went and lived in Capharnaum by the sea, (page 24)
