Matthias Klinghardt, in The Oldest Gospel, has the following.FWIW Marcion's Evangelion (which is our earliest witness to the text of Luke) has "Nazareth", not "Nazara". Tertullian doesn't note a difference in place name with his copy of Luke.[ Nazara entered the Jesus tradition before Nazareth did.
