I have the Italian translation of the Slavonic (in a file pdf that doesn't allow to make 'copy and paste', unfortunately).
Giuseppe, can you provide the Slavonic quote - i.e. that the Slavonic passage says Pilate died in Caesarea.
Possibly another may give the quote in English.
