Apparently,
ἀπομνημονεύω (apomnēmoneúō) is a verb meaning “relate from memory, recount, remember”
And
ἀπομνημόνευμα = ἀπομνημονεύω (minus ω) +‎ -μα (-ma, of course)
  • -μα/-μᾶ was added to verbal stems to form neuter nouns (denoting the effect or result of an action, a particular instance of an action, or the object of an action)
The prefix ἀπο- will be from the preposition ἀπο which means 'from'
  • as in, from (as -mnēmon- indicates) μνημεῖον/mnēmeîon
  • -εύω (-eúō), the denominative of -εύς (-eús), was added to the stems of agent or nouns in -εύς to form a denominative verb of condition or activity: meaning "be x" or "do what x typically does"

In ὑπόμνημα and it's plural ὑπομνήματα, the prefix ὑπο- will, likewise, be from the preposition ὑπό which meant, in ancient Greek, 'under' (with an accusative) or 'by' (with a genitive)

ὑπό as a prefix also gave meanings of 'by' or 'under' : here likely meaning, 'by μνήμη' (mnēmē)
