Christian Texts and History • Hypothesis: Synoptical Last Supper happened a year before Jesus' crucifixion

I propose a hypothesis that the Synoptical Last Supper happened a year before Jesus' crucifixion and therefore the synoptical passages that describe it were misplaced in the synoptical gospels.

Has anybody else proposed this hypothesis?
