According to the citations published in Greek and Latin Authors on Jews and Judaism, V.1 (Jerusalem 1976), edited by Menahem Stern, the following writers from the second half of the first century mentioned - either casually or not - the Jews.

Seneca the Philosopher
Persius
Lucanus
Petronius
Erotianus
Curtius Rufus
Zopyrion
Hermogenes
Antonius Julianus
Memnon of Heracleia
Pliny the Elder
Valerius Flaccus
Silius Italicus
Frontinus
Quintilian
Statius
Martial
Damocritus
Nicarchus
Claudius Iolaus
Antonius Diogenes
Dio Chrysostom
Epictetus
Plutarch

Usually the argument from silence just lists the writers available who could have mentioned Christians or Jesus but didn't. If so many writers could mention Jews, why did they turn a blind eye to Christians?
