As mentioned in the OP and repeated in the thread, it is the itinerary of "The Piacenza pilgrim."

My comment was that the geographical travel sequence makes sense. (By "geographical," I bracket off non-geographical claims that may well include some more or less tourist-trap kitsch.) Including the not well-known but archaeologically-investigated Wadi es-Siah site. And Nazareth being close to Sepphoris. The location fits present-day Nazareth. A different proposed site for Nazareth makes no sense.

More info in James F. Strange's Nazareth article in Anchor Bible Dictionary. Though Sepphoris and Tiberias are not mentioned in NT, their locations--like that of Nazareth--are secure.
