The text "Qumran as a counter temple movement" is somewhat ambiguous. IMO, while some Qumran texts present the contemporary Jerusalem temple and its high priest, Alexander Jannaeus, as unsatisfactory because impure, the texts are not necessarily against a temple there, per se
