Hi Peter. I'm new to this forum but have been watching it (and others) for a while - like many others, I would like to see the TextExcavation site back online. Also, like you, I have been using (occasionally) the Wayback Machine. Unfortunately, that now seems to have been hijacked by spammers/scammers, and you will (sooner or later) be directed to a gambling site, or be 'blocked'.
I'm currently working on a 'collection' of ancient texts and I have many of the Apostolic Fathers' texts from Ben's site. I may post a zipped file of what I have during the course of 2025. I have now found a more 'authoritative' source for the Greek (and English) texts for these books, which I will mostly be using. But I can post the stuff from Ben's site that I have, if that's allowed and would be useful.
For my own collection, I really want to get the Canonical books (OT & NT) ready before publishing anything; I will include some 'tasters' of other books (OT apocrypha/pseudepigrapha and Christian non-canon) in the first release.
