I'm still not sure what is going on with the Bollandist Acta Sanctorum but I've checked in Bonino Mombritius the oldest printed version of the Latin Martyrdom of Mark. (originally printed c 1480 reprinted 1910 with critical notes.) Mombritius does not have the reference to the year of Nero and the critical notes cite this only for the Bollandist text. I doubt if anno Neronis imperii quarto decimo has any genuine Latin authority before say 1550 at the earliest.
