Of course Acts is anti-Jewish. Marcion witnessed the original Judaism, the Judaism of the Oniads (assuming as i do that Philo preserved that tradition). It doesn't get any earlier than that. Acts is making up a faux Judaism that never existed to leigitimize Christianity. Judaism was whatever the Oniads say it was.
